    Themes: Results of the Project

    • The participants liked that there was no set agenda (specific outcomes expected)  for the project.
    • Students and faculty felt comfortable being honest because of this.
    •  This is a process that could be replicated but one needs to be mindful of what made this a success.
    • Both the students and faculty liked hearing the other's perspective on the different topics.  It was very interesting and they learned from each other.
    • One benefit was learning about oneself as a teacher or learner.

    Question posed: How do you know you are ready for a class meeting?

    Teacher: I prep by getting out lecture notes and goes through each step in my mind. Once I have gone through and knows questions that will challenge the students, I’m ready.
